30‑Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contato@diesmercuri.com to request authorization.

  2. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Items shipped back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and make it right.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishables (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items (special orders, monogrammed goods)

  • Personal care products (beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to contato@diesmercuri.com.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return it for any reason within 14 days, no questions asked. Returned items must still be unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contato@diesmercuri.com.
